Finance Assistant Contract: Temporary

Location:
Shirley Solihull Hourly rate:£9-11 depending on experience Description: Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant, to support on a temporary ongoing basis. Key Duties include: Daily processing of bank reconciliations Processing and raising purchase orders to match goods received notes Investigate and resolve any customer invoicing queries and raise credits where required Support with closing month end procedures including bank and journals Support with monthly supplier statement reconciliations Process expenses and insurance claims Responsible for sales and purchase ledger Check and process time sheets to pay onto the payroll system Maintain accurate records in Excel and internal database Key Skills and Experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in using SAGE is advantageous Proven experience in finance and accounts administration is essential. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential.
