Our client based in Barnstaple are looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team. The company generate hundreds of sign ups per week to its platform from multiple marketing channels such as Google search, LinkedIn, Affiliate Marketing, Chat, Inbound phone calls. Signups need to be: Checked if the signup has been generated from outbound team via CRM system and allocated. Called and helped to become customers. In-house tech and operations coordinator are available to set up campaigns Repeat Business: Typical customers spend on average £300 every 3 months. The company have customers, the inbound team need to cycle through these customers and: oCheck they are happy with the last campaign oSee what level of support they desire and then call them appropriately. oEngage clients and keep them active. oKeep clients informed of new products and services Identifying Big Clients & Escalate: Big spending customers have a dedicated account manager. New sign ups which have big potential are escalated to senior management. Contact Management System: All information will be logged in the contact management system, including: Name, Company, Email Address and phone numbers as a minimum. Having input details all contacts are to be marked with actions/reminders to call back for follow-ups unless specifically told not to contact them again. Any quotations that have been completed for clients are to also be inputted into the system with a price and size of the job in question.
