We are recruiting for a Assistant Accountant to provide support to the Senior Accountant and the Syndicate Finance Operations team in the processing, recording, analysis and reconciliation of financial information. Key Responsibilities : Control and reconciliation of the CODA ledger and assistance with the daily workflow processes. ? Recording: Processing/reconciling data provided by other departments in respect of accruals, adjustments and all other non-interfaced data. ? Reconciliation: Reconciliation of underwriting figures between source systems and coda. ? Support role: Provide support to the claims administration process. ? Data Analysis: Analysis of ledger information as required by the Senior Accountant. Prepare audit and management information. Assist with the development of new processes (e.g. interfaces). ? Administration: Support the department and team administration including the maintenance of files. ? Team Working: Providing cover and assistance as required within the UK Finance team. Successful applicants will have: Knowledge of Underwriting and accounting systems AAT Qualification ? Good MS Office Skills ? CODA ? S2000 - underwriting systems
