Role: Head of Financial Planning & Analysis Location : Head Office , London

The role We are looking to recruit for a newly created role of Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. This is a key role for the business at a time of change and will require an individual with the enthusiasm to develop new MI reporting using OLAP / Excel tools. Additionally, the company is undertaking a finance transformation project and the incumbent will have the opportunity to implement change through leading a number of supporting projects. The role will report to the Director of Finance and work in conjunction with the Head of Finance Operations. Responsibilities Lead and develop Financial Planning and Analysis for the business, including monthly management accounts, board papers, rolling forecasts and annual budgeting. Support the Director of Finance and Head of Finance Operations with the annual audit and implementing process improvements projects. Skills required To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate the following: A part qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) Experience of using OLAP reporting tools an advantage Advanced Excel Modelling skills ( Pivot Tables) Project Management / Change Management experience Broad Finance experience especially Management Accounting Benefits - We offer 23 days paid holidays, plus public holidays, plus company workplace pension scheme and Perk box.
