Our client is a multi-award-winning franchised car dealership looking and is currently looking for a purchase ledger controller to join their team to contribute to the continued success of a well-established and growing business. In particular, they are looking for a Purchase Ledger Controller to work in their back office in Northallerton. Responsibilities :
• Coding and posting of purchase invoices
• Obtaining Managers' authorisation of invoices
• Liaising with Line Managers on queries
• Preparation of supplier payments (incl monthly BACS run)
• Supplier Statement Reconciliations
• Reconciliation of invoices to purchase orders
• Dealing with queries with suppliers
• Purchase Ledger Housekeeping
• Journals and Contra posting
• Cashbook payments
• Contribute to the smooth running of the accounts dept.
• Ad hoc accounting duties
