We are working with one of Europe's leading Real Estate private equity funds to hire an Associate for their European Asset Management team in London. The firm has a great culture, is very well capitalised and has been one of the most active Real Estate private equity investment firms in Europe in recent years. They are seeking to hire an Associate to focus on the management of the firm's opportunistic European portfolio. Working in a small team with a flat structure the Associate will work with both internal and external teams to develop, implement and monitor strategic business plans to maximise the value of Real Estate portfolios and individual assets, including refinancing, letting, overseeing refurbishment and development projects and the management of asset / portfolio sales processes. The Associate will be responsible for the management of JV operating partners and direct assets and portfolios across Europe and a wide range of Real Estate asset types, as well as creating and updating financial models. The firm is seeking to hire someone with 3 - 6 years' experience either in Real Estate asset management or Real Estate advisory / property surveying. European language skills (Italian, French, German) are helpful but not essential.
