A great opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Analyst to work within our Engineering department. The main purpose of your position will be to assist the Head of Department in providing assurance that all statutory and internal compliance activities are being undertaken and up to date. Providing analysis on performance of engineering team in completing recommendations and actions for compliance activities. You will also be required to publish a monthly performance dashboard highlighting areas of concern to the engineering management team. Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate audits with the SHEQ team, tracking all audits Keep a log and track progress of actions from all internal audit actions assigned to the engineering team Co-ordinate outputs from any engineering specific investigations and reviews Co-ordinate and track reviews of new guidance through HASLUS, ensuring technical experts have reviewed and updated processes and procedures Co-ordinate and track Resilience plans and guidance ensuring documents are reviewed updated and published Review performance of Permit to work and Berth outage systems Provide KPI's on all the above activities in one front end dashboard providing assurance Compliance Analyst Requirements: A good standard of education to GCSE's grade 4 or equivalent Previous knowledge of compliance/audits Have the ability to interpret data to assess trends/patterns Advanced MS office skills Full, clean driving licence and use of own vehicle Compliance Analyst Benefits: Salary £22k - £25k DOE 25 days holiday Generous contributory pension scheme Discretionary bonus scheme If you think that you are suitable for this Compliance Analyst role, please apply now Advertised through Zoek f4055c999c0d4390b63ca3b1f5af2ecc4
