This is your opportunity to be part of a successful and growing team which is a centre of excellence within the firm, and has experienced significant success in the market. This is reflected in revenue growth of around 50% over the past three years. It is a particularly exciting time to work in the area of social security, with a lot of change on the horizon as Brexit negotiations develop. This is likely to be an area of significant disruption and uncertainty for our clients, and we can guide help to them through this. Deloitte offers a unique opportunity to work on a stimulating blend of technical advisory, consulting projects and compliance, enabling you to add real breadth and depth to your skills. Be part of an expanding and thriving team, with a strong identity, leadership, and a real focus on developing our people. We encourage consideration of flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us. Are you looking to return to the workplace after an extended career break ? For this role we can offer coaching and support designed for returners to refresh your knowledge and skills, and help your transition back into the workplace after a career break of 2 years or more. If this is relevant for you, just let your recruiter know when you make your application. Your role You will own client relationships, working closely with other parts of GES, and will be encouraged to proactively identify innovative solutions for your clients and pursue new business development opportunities by utilising your networks and knowledge. You will be a confident team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with others, as well as continuing to build your own technical expertise or specialism. Responsibilities include: Leading the delivery of global social security services to large multinational clients, demonstrating an ability to manage all aspects of these engagements, including financials, and sound risk judgement. Providing technical advice to your clients on a wide range of social security matters. Delivering high quality compliance services, with a view to expanding service provision towards more consultative activities. Developing long-term relationships with top tier clients to maximise return. Identifying and acting on cross firm business opportunities, teaming with peers to maximise these opportunities. Developing innovative ideas and processes to aid the development of our practice. Playing a key role in marketing initiatives, identifying potential business development opportunities, as well as the management of existing client relationships. Assuming real ownership of your client relationships, working directly with Partners on some client engagements in order to fully service their needs. This means you can really add value and make an impact both on the firm and to your clients. Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk.
