Your opportunity Our national Reward business represents the largest Reward practice in any big 4 firm and has practitioners specialising in every area of how and why employers pay employees. Working within our Incentives & Reward team, your role will be varied and challenging. You will be involved in designing and implementing share plans and other remuneration structures, reviewing existing plans, and supporting clients in meeting their tax, legal, regulatory and compliance obligations. Your role Our team supports a broad client portfolio across a range of industries, from very large corporations through to smaller fast-growing businesses - both quoted and private companies. Responsibilities include: Advising on incentive design for in both a listed and private environment (including use of tax advantaged arrangements, where appropriate); Designing and/or reviewing UK and global share schemes for executives and employees and advising on the tax, legal and regulatory impact of plans; Implementing equity plans for clients, from designing the plan, to drafting plan rules and advising on the practical operation of the arrangements; Advising on broader remuneration structuring - such as bonus arrangements and pension alternatives; Managing high-profile and complex client accounts and relationships; and Identifying and delivering fee opportunities from clients and targets. Your professional experience Share plans in the professional services environment or in industry; Understanding of relevant legislation in this field; Willingness to learn and deal with new ideas and technical areas; Commercial awareness; Able to produce high quality, client facing, technically accurate, well written work; and Pro-active and able to take ownership of delivering projects to clients.
