Blackwaters is recruiting for a senior management accountant within an electronics manufacturing business based in Reading. The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, the senior management accountant will be responsible for preparing, developing and analysing financial information to allow the business to make strategic commercial decisions. The role will provide the opportunity to make a real and visible contribution to a growing company.

Responsibilities:
General Ledger Weekly/Monthly cash-flow reporting Balance sheet reconciliations Accruals/prepayments Production and analysis of management accounts Manage month end and year end close process Support the preparation of the monthly board pack Establish and maintain financial policies and management information systems Cost control Support annual budget and forecasting Support audit process Treasury Person Specification: This role would suit someone with strong business partnering skills, who is able to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial staff. The role requires solid accounting skills, excellent time management and strong analytical ability. Requirements: SME experience Experience of multi-currency Manufacturing Experience Experience with Epicor 10 (preferred) Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist
