Immediately Available Head of FP&A, Ad Tech, c£85k plus benefits Trace are currently recruiting for a Head of Finance for a Global Ad Tech Agency. Reporting directly into the Group FD you'll lead a team of 4 and become immediately influential in decision making across the business. This role is for an initial period of 6 months ideally leading into a permanent post. Key responsibilities include Leading and improving the financial/management accounting team Responsible for company wide accounting, reporting and compliance Key point of contact with the US Parent Group Drive profitability through effective management of cost base Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and long term planning Evaluating existing processes across the business in scope to identify inefficiencies and derive optimal solutions. Responsible for bringing finance to life for the Board and Senior Management You'll be/have A Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA) Proven Marketing Services experience operating at a senior level A natural leader motivating and progressing teams Experience leading finance through change Immediately available/short notice period This role requires a candidate who possesses gravitas to work with senior stakeholders across a fast developing business. You'll be expert in financial control, reporting and compliance and passionate about maintaining high standards at all times.
