Job Title:
Commercial/ Business Analyst Job Purpose This is a permanent role working as part of the Commercial Team analysing customer contracts, updating the customer contracts database with the metadata for the contracts found and working on commercial projects to maximise revenue from the associated customer contracts and pricing models. Duties and Responsibilities Analyse customer contracts for a set criteria list of metadata Store the customer contracts in the customer contracts database Analyse commercial elements of customer contracts to find ways of generating revenue Reconcile reports to contracts and billing and report on clients' permitted use of services Engage with clients to query their compliance reporting Review current billing against contract data, and capture into excel pricing calculator Help maintain and update excel pricing calculator Look for ways to streamline the contract workflow process and improve the sales life cycle Knowledge and Experience Experience working with contracts or financial data in a business administration role Degree education preferred Ability to perform data and/or contract analysis, adept at locating and collecting pertinent information Be able to determine what information is needed and where the best source for that information can be found and create detailed reports based on the findings High level Excel knowledge essential (basic VBA an advantage) Excellent attention to detail required Good communication skills - role will involve communication with ICE's global offices and customers Legal knowledge an advantage but not essential Accurate input skills required
