Job Description Member of the UK&I FP&A team with remit for UK, Ireland and Middle East. You will have responsibility for running the management of reporting, business analysis, performance management and operational planning/forecasting cycle for the Region. You will spend your time shaping, collecting, analyzing, modelling, interpreting, forecasting and reporting on information with the sole aim of improving the financial performance of the Region. You will have the opportunity to use and develop your skills in a variety of topics, ranging from investigating and troubleshooting actual or suspected performance issues to working on strategic business projects. You will add value through your ability to understand and clearly communicate with others about business performance. Role Requirements

• Carrying out financial and data analysis alongside compiling reports for various business purposes including:  Monitoring and managing the financial performance of the business  Running strategic and operational planning  Month end and QBR processes  Supporting Group in preparation for external result announcements
• Ensuring the content of reports/analysis are timely, accurate, complete, based on reasonable assumptions and provide true and insightful picture of the performance position together with associated risks/opportunities
• Developing strong relationships across the finance and wider business community and managing stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of outputs
• Communicating and liaising with colleagues in order to understand and investigate financial performance and developing opportunities
• Gathering, validating and compiling quantitative and qualitative information / data from multiple internal and external sources
• Preparing plans, forecasts and reports on a regular or ad hoc basis to meet the needs of internal customers/stakeholders, within agreed timescales, notably the Head of Performance Management and UK CFO
• Contributing to a wide variety of projects and initiatives including strategic reviews, change initiatives and corporate transactions
• Continuous monitoring of the external marketplace in order to feed into team processes and outputs
• Contributing to the production and presentation of reports including statutory reports, media and press releases of all kinds This job will typically be measured with the following KPI's
