We are looking for an individual who has strong experience in billing, this individual will know what proficient billing processes look like and will help the company implement them. Responsibilities include: Owning the Microsoft CSP (Office 365 & Azure), Managed Print Solutions and the company's own support services billing processes/platforms. Add resilience and support capability to the existing CBB team Working with Finance, Microsoft and IT teams to resolve billing queries Understand and developing documentation for the revenue streams of the business and how they are billed Working closely with both Finance and IT to improve processes and implement new systems and processes Add value to the transition to a centralised billing platform for existing and new cloud products.
