Our client; a blue chip, market leading organisation within their field are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee a small AP function within Reigate. You will report directly to the Finance Operations Manager and oversee the day to day of 2 AP clerks:
• Manage the end-to-end purchase ledger cycle
• Responsible for the weekly/ monthly AP control reports
• Manage the purchase ledger inbox and handle multiple queries
• Input supplier invoices
• Posting journals
• Preparation of complete and accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliation
