My client is a technology management business based in London. The business is going through an exciting period of growth and need to bring on a Senior Management Accountant to join the finance team and work across three companies in the technology media space. The office environment is dynamic, fast paced and energetic and requires a candidate who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get involved at a transactional level. As the Senior Management Accountant, you will ensure that the accounting records are up to date and reporting deadlines are met. In addition to this, you will be responsible for:
• Preparation of Management Accounts providing P&L, Balance Sheet, variance analysis and commentary
• Monthly cash flow forecasting and reporting
• VAT returns Monthly and Quarterly
• Preparing revenue forecasts and weekly debtor reviews
• Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Supporting operational teams with answering finance related queries
• Overseeing monthly journal postings
• Overseeing monthly billing and reconciliation with CRM
• Overseeing the recording & processing of all Invoices and Expenses
• Assisting with the budgeting & forecasting processes
• Assist with the preparation of accounts for year end close
