A dynamic Insurance Broker is now seeking a diligent and focused Compliance Officer with a strong UK Regulation experience to support the Compliance department. The Compliance Officer will be:
• responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the company's compliance.
• organising and overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational compliance activities;
• collaborating with the Senior Management in the overall administration of these directives for the company.
• Advising Senior Management and personnel on emerging compliance issues and consulting and guiding the company in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks with a particular focus on Company's services.
• input into regulatory policies and discussing compliance breaches and remedial action Desired Skills and Experience include:
• Experience within Financial companies or working within a regulated environment.
• High degree of diligence and understanding of policy and procedures;
• Tenacity to investigate areas of concern
• An ability to interpret, understand, maintain and advise the business on a broad range or legal and regulatory issues
• Experience preferably in compliance in a financial environment.
• Excellent Communication skills
