responsibilities:
1. Financial Systems Support:
• Checking daily exception reports and resolving queries
• Ensure user set ups are aligned between Financial Systems
• Ensure client set ups are processed across Financial Systems
• Add and update rate cards across client base in both Financial Systems
• Support helpdesk tickets for resource management system, Screendragon
• Review Screendragon processes and amend any agreed updates
• Train new users on how to use ScreenDragon 2. Billing:
• Update financial scopes of work
• Support on billing requests across client base
• Support approval process on all billing 3. General Finance:
• Support on WIP management
• Support on journal posting
• Support on SBOX testing
• Support on month end reporting requirements
• Support on producing MI Stack
• Ad-hoc support across the finance function as required Skills required:
• Analytical skills
• Work in a team environment with little supervision
• Ability to learn and operate new processes and applications
• Project management skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• High- level of attention to detail and accuracy Personal qualities:

• Integrity and confidentiality Entry requirements:
• B grade at Maths GCSE (all accounting roles)
• Level 3 qualification (BTEC, NVQ or equivalent) Included in qualification: Training on the 15 month Standard Level 3 Assistant Accountant (AAT3) apprenticeship. Being a WhiteHat apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal Coach who will guide you through the qualification to help you achieve your full potential. As part of your WhiteHat Apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to develop 6 key competencies, underpinned by well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit. What's next: After your Accounting apprenticeship progress into a full-time role as Junior Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeping Assistant, Junior Tax Consultant or Audit Assistant. You can also complete the ACCA qualification into Chartered Accountancy
