This is a fantanstic opportunity to work for a well established Art Gallery based in Marylebone, in an Accounts Payable role. The role will intially be a 12 month FTC maternity cover. In this excellent Accounts Payable role, your core duties will be: Coordination, administration and posting of staff expenses and credit cards via Concur Recording of purchase ledger invoices before re-directing for approval and coding including processing via Concur Executing a weekly payment run/BACS Dealing with ad hoc queries from gallery staff regarding expenses Support other members of the Finance team as required Complete general departmental and gallery administration as required Manage petty cash, issue cash advance to staff and complete regular reconciliations of both staff accounts and petty cash. Reconcile the petty cash accounts monthly Support the Finance Manager with the production of monthly financial reports (by preparing and posting supplier prepayments) Assist in the preparation of monthly VAT Returns
