Global Organisation is currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Manager r to join their Finance team based in Maidenhead. The Accounts Payable Manager will lead and manage a centralised processing Centre for the purchase to pay function for the European business including expense management. Duties of the Accounts Payable Manager include: Manage a central processing team to manage the purchase to pay function for the European business Maintain and manage expense management system across Europe in Concur Manage the iprocurement process and purchase ledger process in Oracle Ensure reconciliations are performed between purchase and general ledgers on a monthly basis for each entity Implement and maintain best practice in the purchase to pay function Manage master data for the purchase to pay area in Oracle Skills/Knowledge - Accounts Payable Manager Good people management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent problem solving and decision making skills and the ability to use own initiative. Excellent knowledge of the Oracle purchase to pay process. Analytical problem solving and decisive decision making skills. Computer literacy Skills in Microsoft Excel Fluent in English and, preferably, a second European language. Minimum of 5 years managing a purchase to pay function Experience of working in a large multi-national and multi-currency organisation.
