A successful education business based in Long Eaton, are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their small and friendly team on a permanent full time basis. Working with the Head of Finance and the Management Accountant, your main duties as Assistant Accountant will include:
• Preparation of management accounts
• Completion accounts
• Cash flow management
• Accruals and prepayments
• Bank reconciliations
• Budgets
• Project accounting
• Assisting with acquisition of new sites Applicants must have previous experience within a similar position and the role would suit a part qualified CIMA or ACCA candidate. As the business has multiple sites, you will also work on projects based around acquisitions of new sites so prior experience of this would be a bonus.
