I am currently working with a client who require a Head of Compliance to join their well-established organisation in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will possess a fundamental understanding of all GDPR procedures as well as an adaptable approach to informing staff of GDPR breach implications. Our client would ideally like someone with compliance experience, who is able to hit the ground running and add value to the business. Responsibilities:
Implement positive changes to the organisation and drive business forward Construct and run training courses to broaden staff knowledge of GDPR and Compliance Run internal audit process Complete audit evaluation Assist in the development and management of E-learning Implement policies and forms which are easily relatable for all employees Hold engaging and inspiring seminars to encourage understanding of GDPR and Compliance Lead and develop a Compliance Team Limit any damage to business from a GDPR and Compliance perspective Key Requirements: Excellent Communicator (both verbal and written) who will inspire employees to listen about topics of a technical/complex nature High level of technical understanding and ability to convey that to other employees Strategic Thinker Comprehensive understanding of all things GDPR related Experience of running training sessions or seminars Experience of the auditing procedure and subsequent evaluation Experience of managing a team Facilitator of change Confident, adaptable and personable individual Please contact Holly to find out more information.
