You'll be dealing with the accounts payable function for their entire property management portfolio which includes commercial, block and AST portfolio clients and will be involved with every aspect from ensuring supplier invoices are received, processed and paid accordingly to ensuring the BACS payment run is completed and reconciling bank accounts. Duties include: Receive, record and process supplier invoices Ensure invoices are coded and allocated to relevant project or department for job costing and budget purposes Reconcile supplier accounts and ensure payment is in line with agreed terms Dealing with incoming direct debits, standing orders and cheques received from tenants including daily banking and allocating tenants receipts Dealing with some telephone enquiries from tenants, private clients and suppliers Running weekly BACS payment runs Assisting the accounts manager in reviewing processes to identify efficiency savings Opportunity to be involved with service charge administration The successful accounts payable candidate is likely to have a couple of years' relevant experience and it will be particularly welcome if you have used Propman, Qube or a similar property package.
