The Role: Supporting the Finance Director and joining an established Accounts team, you would take ownership of the Accounting function within the business. Oversee company accounts Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts Supervise and manage Accounts team Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, filed, and reported Collaborate with auditing services to ensure compliance with all regulations Assist in developing and reviewing budgets and financial plans for the company Assist the FD in presenting reports You will also have further involvement within smaller acquisitions and have the opportunity to really make the role your own.
