Chilworth Partnership are working with a globally recognisable brand in their search for a Head of Finance, who will operate as a part of their Global Accounting Operations based in Basingstoke. Managing and leading a well sized team, this position will take ownership of management accounting and reporting, driving efficiency improvements throughout your team. As well as this, you will help implement a 'best in practice' model for the Business Unit and look to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. There will also be a requirement to work closely with other finance teams across the globe, making sure they are well aligned to the accounting model established by the BU. The ideal candidate will be a Practice trained, qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) with experience of leading and developing a team in a large business. You will also have a strong background in the ownership and improvement of the month end process, as well as feeling comfortable operating in a projects-based environment that will influence colleagues internationally.
