Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will be a key part of the SMT with responsibility for providing a value added financial and accounting service to the organisation. Key

responsibilities:
Production and review of accounts Budgeting and forecasting Development of processes and management reporting Business planning and strategic support to the Board Establishing and monitoring operational KPIs Key point of contact for auditors, banks and other 3rd party relationships Managing and developing small finance team The successful applicant will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will possess demonstrable experience working in an end-to-end and hands on financial management position within an SME environment.
