Working with a market leading organisation which is a Division of a successful plc, has ambitious growth plans, and has just completed a merger resulting in turnover doubling to over £100 m, you will be joining the business as Head of Finance. You will be responsible for managing the finance function operating as part of the Senior Leadership Team, and in negotiating and influencing at both Divisional and main board level within the plc It is key that you have a proven track record in delivering improved commercial performance and the ability to work strategically and operationally within a fast paced, and sometimes pressured environment. This is a data driven, people first business - you will need to get out and about across all sites to engage with your team and the wider business and ensure the finance function is partnering effectively with all areas. You will be wired for change and able to demonstrate the results of improvement projects that you have identified, promoted, lead and delivered. The leadership team are high energy, intellectual and highly collaborative - no room for ego, just excellence. You will be fully qualified with relevant experience within a multi-site high performing business. You will be naturally engaging and expert in your field.
