A Finance Manager with CIMA or AAT certification is required by our retail client near Battle, East Sussex. A salary of up to £32k is available. If you believe you have the experience to assist in the growth of a group of companies and work in the Senior Accounting role then please apply. You will have experience developing budgets and financial plans as well as preparing monthly accounts and annual financial statements. As Finance Manager you will be creating profit and loss reports and ensure cashflow is maintained and reported. You will be managing ledger account, handling VAT, tax and PAYE duties as well as credit control and bank reconciliations. As Finance Manager you will be a strong team player and capable of performing a range of accounting functions. You will take responsibility for ensuring that financial processes, systems, and controls are operating effectively and driving continuous improvement. Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is key as well as staff management. Required skills: - Solid budgetary skills - Monthly account and annual financial statement experience - Experience managing payroll and pension contributions (Sage Payroll) - Strong ledger accounting - P&L and cashflow experience Client - Our client is a successful retailer who have created a small group of companies with a great environment and family feel.
