As part of the Accounts Payable team you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and employee expenses ready for payment. While you will be mainly responsible for the US side of our business, you will be required to assist with other countries during team absence. Key accountabilities: Booking of supplier invoices and employee expenses to the ledgers mainly for SHL US but also across all the SHL entities, via either our Procurement system Coupa or via our Finance system Infor10/Sunsystems Downloading of supplier invoices from supplier portals as required Liaising with suppliers for query resolution Setting up new suppliers in the finance system Completing and mailing out our associates and contractors 1099 forms on an annual basis Creating Coupa requisitions for certain business spend Managing our expenses system, Concur. Including checking and processing the expense reports, setting up new employees and their approval chains and adding project codes as needed Arranging and managing the Amex corporate card program Sending monthly accrual reports for Finance Required Skills & Experience: Working with people Following instructions and procedures Adapting and responding to change Accounts Payable experience essential Customer and performance-focused, methodical, and organised Strong team-player, able to work alongside others in a team setting but also self-motivating Attention to detail What SHL Can Offer You: A culture comprised of diverse, global teams who have a passion for collaboration and client service.
