As part of the Accounts Payable team you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and employee expenses ready for payment. While you will be mainly responsible for the US side of our business, you will be required to assist with other countries during team absence. Key accountabilities: Booking of supplier invoices and employee expenses to the ledgers mainly for SHL US but also across all the SHL entities, via either our Procurement system Coupa or via our Finance system Infor10/Sunsystems Downloading of supplier invoices from supplier portals as required Liaising with suppliers for query resolution Setting up new suppliers in the finance system Completing and mailing out our associates and contractors 1099 forms on an annual basis Creating Coupa requisitions for certain business spend Managing our expenses system, Concur.
