The client is a local waste management company that has been established over 15 years and has grown in to a company withrn in excess of £3m per year. With a lively and varied work environment and over 40 employees based in Warrington it offers the perfect opportunity for an ambitious part qualified Financial Accountant to take the next step in their career.

Description

This Finance Accountant role will offer a varied position and an exciting challenges that will range throughout the following duties;

*Produce monthly accounts
*Produce half year and full year accounts to be published
*Reconciliations (balance sheet)
*Manage accounts payable (or Purchase ledger)
*Manage accounts receivable ( or Sales ledger)
*Manage credit control
*Liaise with tax accountants
*Liaise with treasury (cash flow forecasting)

Profile

This role will require the successful Finance Accountant to have a good understanding of management and financial accounts with the following proven skills / academics / experience;

*To be a part qualified accountant studying a charted accountancy qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

*To have a strong understanding of financial systems - Advanced Excel is essential

*Demolition / Construction / Recycling experience is advantageous

*Hard working and committed to the business and the progression prospects would be advantageous
