Assistant Accountant - £30,000 (+Study Support) - Hospitality - Greenwich

This role is working within a growing hospitality business based near Greenwich/Cutty Sark. The role is a newly created within the team to due to rapidly growing business.

Your new role
You will be working within a team of 4 in finance, reporting to the Finance Director. The role will be very AR heavy, so previous experience with this side of the ledger is essential - however the is good progression into a Management Accountant role down the line.

What you'll need to succeed
This role is looking for someone who is part-qualified and looking to continue studying towards their ACCA/CIMA. Key skills include:

• High volume raising of invoices
• Maintenance of over 1000 live accounts
• Credit control
• Bank reconciliations
• Weekly payment runs
• Month end duties - accruals, journals and prepayments
• Assisting with the P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
• Systems used: Sag 200
