Your new role
This role is as a Finance Assistant that focuses on Purchase Ledger. You will be doing end to end Purchase Ledger process. Duties can include but are not limited to:
- Reconciling statements
- Handling queries
- Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
- Filing invoices
- Matching, checking and coding invoices
- Processing purchase orders
You will additionally be processing staff expenses.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in a Purchase Ledger role.
You will have a positive 'can do' attitude with the ability to take on different task when required.
All applicants must have own transport due to rural location.
What you'll get in return
The working hours are 9-5:30 Mon-Fri. (37.5hrs) The will consider candidates wishing to work 4 days a week.
Parking is available on site.
You will be joining a amazing team who are very welcoming to temporary workers.
£12.00 per hour
