Senior Business Analyst - Compliance Rules Oxfordshire £800 P/D - Month Initial Contract Do you have substantial experience in Compliance, within asset management or financial services? Would you describe yourself as having strong interpersonal/communication skills, able to work effectively with a network of colleagues? If so, please read on Our multinational client is looking for a highly motivated individual to review, generate, modify and test CRD rules for all necessary accounts. What's more, the incumbent will be personally responsible for monitoring pre/post trade compliance complications, including investment eligibility diversification and also the coding, testing and reviewing of the COLL rules to ensure all controls and effective. Key Responsibilities - Liaise with internal team members and offices to extract investment restrictions to be coded into the system (CRD) and communicate feedback into the new client process. - Represent UK compliance on the global monitoring working group, to raise issues of a global nature. - Recognise any CRD issues and raise with internal/external teams across the business. - Global co-ordination of the business' group level (FCA/takeover panel, threshold controls, reporting) to maintain the facility, ensuring the necessary systems are updates. - Coding of rules in CRD trading system for Henley, Paris, and Frankfurt managed funds and As Of system for batch. Including global co-ordination for cross investment centres trading and/or dealing. Essential Skills - Proven experience in compliance with thorough understanding of FCA Handbook (COLL, COBS, SYSC). - PC literate (CRD) - Deep understanding of FCA code of business. - Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. - Effective time management skills and personal credibility. - Financial services or Asset management industry experience Desirable Skills - Understanding of derivatives. - Professional qualification in related subject matter.
