I am working with an exciting Pan European Real Investor who are growing both in assets under management and team size. Due to new acquisitions and further planned growth they require a Finance Manager to join them to enhance reporting and assist with statutory accounts prep. Desired Skills & Experience SPV/fund accounting and financial investor reporting for various clients. Reviewing models for financial accuracy and attending board meetings. Assisting the Financial Controller for corporate accounting areas. Preparation of year-end accounts of SPV's Forecasting and cash planning Managing third party fund administrators, tax advisors and portfolio managers Assist in the implementation of new accounting processes and procedures The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who has experience of working within a real estate fund/asset management environment. You will have excellent communication skills, diplomacy and an analytical and commercial mindset. Strong Excel skills are a must as is a good understanding of finance systems.
