Our client is a high growth international property group based in central London. Due to the expanding volume and complexity of the group's activities, they have a requirement for a dynamic, proactive and forward thinking Finance Manager to join the team, reporting to the CFO. RESPONSIBILITIES Ownership of group level FP&A. Partnering with divisional heads and the senior management team on the development of departmental budgets and forecasts. Providing ongoing MI and analysis; Responsibility for all monthly financial and management reporting for a set of legal entities within the group, including quarterly VAT returns, annual audit schedules, tax returns and compliance; Project accounting for a growing portfolio of real estate developments, analysing costs versus budgets and providing ongoing reports to investors and senior stakeholders; Business Partnering with the senior management team, helping to provide actionable insight to drive business performance and growth; Assisting the CFO with strategic projects including system process automation. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Qualified Accountant CIMA / ACCA / ACA; Broad experience covering financial reporting, FP&A and analysis, ideally gained in Real Estate ; Strong Excel skills; Experience of process automation and systems improvement; Strong communication skills; demonstrable experience of partnering with senior non finance leaders and providing decision support; A pro-active mindset, the ability to thrive in a high growth, dynamic environment.
