We are recruiting an Accounts Receivable Associate for one of the largest and fastest growing companies within East Cornwall. This is a full time, Monday to Friday, permanent post and carries a £20-23kpa salary plus an excellent benefits package The position is part of a big change within the Company and you will be very much a part of making this happen and being a part of the projected success of the change. The role:
• To ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
• Meet cash & debtor day targets set by the Senior Accounts Receivable Associate
• You will chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
• Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness
• To ensure that all transactions are compliant with HMRC regulations
• Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries
• Undertake account reconciliations as required
• Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required
• Send out monthly client statements/letters as may be agreed from time to time You, your qualifications and experience:
• You will be working towards your industry qualification, Chartered Institute of Credit Management
• Previous experience of working within a Finance team
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook & Office 365 A team player, meticulously organised and have excellent attention to detail The role carries a highly competitive salary and an excellent benefits package:
