Working in the Fund Accounting team which is part of the wider finance function, this role offers excellent scope for growth and personal development. The primary objective is the production and validation of financial information to a high degree of accuracy on a timely basis. The pace is fast and dynamic. Duties include: Validating official fund NAVs - daily and monthly Tracking receipt of invoices, obtaining relevant approval and ensuring swift payment Ownership of accrual process, communicating changes to the fund administrator and liaising with departments internally Reviewing subscription and redemption contract notes Working with Investor relations team to ensure accurate capital flows for trading Producing weekly NAV estimates for funds Moving forward, additional responsibilities will include: Budgets, forecasts, and other management reporting for the funds Regulatory reporting Board reports Analysis Excellent academic record - strong A Level subjects and grades and 2.1 or 1st Class degree ideally in a numerical subjects Commitment to studying for the ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualification Knowledge / Experience of Funds (especially hedge funds) Reconciliations Excellent communication skills Likely to be 2nd or 3rd job into career path Well established investment management firm in Mayfair.
