The firm contacts every UK household at least once a week on behalf of the some of the best known and influential global brands. The role In a newly created position the Finance Business Partner will support the firm's London region operations in production and delivery of finance information. Managing a team of 6, you will assist the operations team in achieving its targets of delivering to client expectations while attaining strong profits. Providing information and advice to support the decision making process with the site MD and other key internal stakeholders you will assist in the close process, on-site budgeting and forecasting, manpower analysis, ownership of KPI's and other supporting finance activities. Leading the audit for all business areas for which you account, you will ensure business financial controls are adhered to, set up and maintain standard costing, variance analysis and reporting as well as supporting the commercial process with financial input. The requirements An experienced Finance professional, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 5 years PQE and minimum 3-4 years people management experience. You must have experience working within a manufacturing environment (print would be highly desirable) with demonstrable exposure to supporting business operations. Interpersonally you must be capable of successfully engaging with senior stakeholders on an operational and commercial level and be able to motivate and lead a multi-site Finance team. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL WITHIN THIS ROLE AND COVER SEVERAL SITES INCLUDING CITY OF LONDON, ESSEX AND HERTFORDSHIRE
