Accountant
Responsibilities:
Liaising with UK Finance Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting for all business needs and requirements. Forecasting and Budgeting preparation to Gross Margin level alongside inventory control Control of stock volumes and values ensuring up-to-date and accurate records are kept and reporting Ensure overall stock valuation is compliant with accounting standards, whilst also calculation of inventory provision Reconciling stock to General ledger and calculation of overhead recoveries Product development reporting including Budgeting, forecasting, Monthly reporting and Monthly Journal postings. Weekly sales and order updates and month end order book reconciliation Ad-hoc analysis and reports as and when required, whilst driving change and automation of manual processes Cost Roll-ups, ensure standards are up-to-date and investigate PPV variances Monthly Service Accounting, reporting and forecasting Other duties as may be required Accountant Requirements: Part qualified CIMA/ACCA Relevant manufacturing experience Attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines Good communicator and strong inter personnel skills Good excel, pivots and Vlookups Good ERP system knowledge An award winning manufacturing and production business leading the way in innovation and product development.
