The client, a property management company, is looking for an Accounts Payable to join their team, based in South West London (Regent Street). They are a property development company, that are offering the chance to join a growing business that has an excellent and clear progression path.

The client is a property management company that specialise in large office and retail spaces across the UK. They are based in Regent Street (also have an office in Cannon Street), and are looking for an Accounts Payable, with approximately 1/2 years of experience, to join their team.

Description

The successful Accounts Payable will be:

• Managing the Accounts Payable function
• VAT returns
• CIS reporting
• Staff expense claims
• Credit card reconciliations
• Supplier statements and invoices
• Payment runs (BACS, CHAPS and cheques)
• Inter company processes
• Assisting with the accruals and prepayments
• Bank reconciliations

Profile

The successful Accounts Payable will:

• Have great communication skills
• Have a keen and budding interest in the property sector
• Have good Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Summifs)
• CIS experinece is desriable
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV experinece is desirable
• ACCA/CIMA studying (early stages)
