Hays Senior Finance are delighted to be working in Partnership with this Corporate business based in Coventry, to recruit an Analyst to start as soon as possible, on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for providing effective operational support to cross functional working groups ensuring optimisation and implementation of new and existing procedures and processes.

Your new role
You will be an integral member of the team, providing key support to the Managers by providing insight and analysis on maximising income, stock and cost control performance to include dispensing for profit initiatives, cost controls and reducing margin dilution. You will support in the development and effective operational implementation of existing and new processes/procedures and the production of tracking and performance related data. You will respond quickly and flexibly to the changing needs of the business, proactively supporting the delivery of effective solutions to improve performance and maximise efficiencies.

You will provide analytical insight on operational performance, identifying areas of opportunity and focus to facilitate growth, automate and enhance current reporting suites, evaluating the profitability of current procedures and input in to business cases for new operational processes. The ideal candidate will support the development and effective implementation of projects that simplify business processes leading to improved compliance and efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be available immediately or at very short notice, and have experience of analysing large volumes of data, and managing and implementing a project. Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a generous salary of £28,000 - £32,000 plus benefits, and there may be a potential opportunity to join the wider business after 12 months.
