Assistant Accounts Officer
- To secure vouchers, original documents, reports as per instructions of seniors
- To keep proper secrecy of all kinds of transactions.
- To take, accept & accomplish assignements as given by the HOD.
- To coordinate for supplies and ensure that all the clauses of agreement/contract are being met.
- To verify the bank transfers / other receipts / Banks' balances on routine basis.
- To prepare bank recocilations.
