KYC Team Lead

KYC TEAM LEAD- FIN TECH/CHALLENGER BANK- LONDON- £45,000


An exciting new opportunity has become available in one of London's fastest growing challenger banks. This Fin Tech are currently seeking two team leaders (one willing to work weekends- 5 days a week total), to join their existing framework. Leading a team of 14, you'll be on the first line of defence against money laundering for this business to business lender, providing leadership, training and expertise to team members at multiple levels of seniority. Reporting into the Head of KYC, you'll be the main point of contact for any escalation queries from the team. Other responsibilities include:

• Setting and monitoring KPIs and targets
• Advise on changes to existing procedures to ensure the KYC process is as efficient as possible
• Providing expert KYC advice to the business

Candidates will need:

• At least 3 years KYC experience
• Experience in leading a team of 4 or above
• Comprehensive understanding of the End to End KYC Process
• An innovative approach to problem solving with a passion for financial technology
