P/T Account Assistant - £25,000 - Property Business - Central London - Temp - Perm

Your new company
A real estate business based in Central London (Oxford Circus) are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their current team of 3 in finance on a temp to perm basis. They have a wonderful office which has been nearly refurbished and ideally need someone with immediate effect.


Your new role
You will be responsible for accounts payable / receivable duties, chasing payments (credit control), bank reconciliations, dealing with queries effectively and some aspects of finance admin. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager who has been there for 4 years bit will often need to work independently.


What you'll need to succeed
You need to be experience in the duties above and be a team player who is get involved in different areas of finance.
You need to have prior experience using and accounting software such as sage 50 and have strong Excel skills

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary up to £27,000, 25 days holiday + bank holiday and flexible working hours.
