Treasury - Commercial Funding Manager

Treasury - Commercial Funding Manager paying circa £370 a day for a FTSE 50 based in London, for a 12 month contract

Your new company
This FTSE 50 is looking for a Commercial Funding Manager for 12 months, to join the corporate finance treasury team. This role will have you working closely with the wider treasury function and taking ownership of the EMEA regions legal entity and business funding.

Your new role
The team is responsible for funding activities including structuring and arranging external funding; capital structure management; treasury assurance. You will be responsible for supporting/leading the structuring and execution of funding and advisory activities; working closely with tax, legal and company secretariat; deliver innovative funding and credit support for the business; provide financial structuring and advisory to support M&A transactions; and build strong relationship with external financial institutions.


What you'll need to succeed
A strong understanding of corporate finance theory, risk management tools and demonstrable experience in investment case preparation, analysis, and economic modelling.
