Accounts Assistant job paying between £13.00 and £15.00 per hour based in Central London

My client is an not-for-profit educational organisation based in Central London. They are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join the charity on a temporary basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing both the purchase ledger and sales ledger. You will perform bank and sales ledger reconciliations, deal with credit card statements, purchase orders and invoices. You will also perform ad-hoc duties as required, including assisting with administrative duties. This is a varied role which will offer all-round exposure to many different areas of accountancy.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have extensive experience within purchase and sales ledger, and confidently perform bank reconciliations. You will have experience in accountancy software packages, and you must be comfortable performing V-LOOKUPS and Pivot Tables on Excel. AAT-qualified or actively studying candidates are also desirable.
