An established and growing Advertising company based in London is looking to add a Purchase Ledger clerk to their Finance team. The company has a vibrant energetic office culture fitting their presence within the Media industry.

Your new role
Duties include full management of the Accounts Payable process, including processing supplier invoices on Sage 200, raising and dealing with supplier queries, processing employee expenses on App based system, training new employees on process' and software, preparing spreadsheets for accounting system and banking portal, adhoc reporting including payment summaries & involvement in company projects surrounding PR & Marketing agenda.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in the Accounts Payable process in last role, analytical skills, a willingness to show initiative in order to solve issues, an ability to work autonomously, proficient using Excel, experience using Sage 200 & Rydoo is highly desirable.
