Your new company - a high profile Government department is looking for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join them as they go through an exciting period of change.
In terms of what they are looking for, it is an understanding of corporate reporting and the importance of stakeholder engagement and working across finance functions to achieve improved reporting narratives etc. You may also be asked to work on specific projects to deliver an integrated reporting team under the Deputy Director's leadership.
They want someone quite strong and assertive and who has worked in a challenging, fast paced environment and more of a management role making sure other people provide quality information and outputs in a timely manner. The successful candidate will really need to be able to challenge colleagues and help critically review processes and deliverables to help them achieve more standardised and efficient outputs / working practices.
