Your new company
A high regarding corporate business based in north Oxfordshire is actively seeking a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant to join their finance function, with the aim to drive to reporting and process improvement to improve management information produced. The role will report into the Global Head of Finance Reporting, whilst having a direct report in the capacity of a part-qualified Finance Analyst.

Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing financial and operational management information aligned to the company dashboard, alongside building models to develop a standardised yet flexible reporting suite that encourages deep-dive analysis to create enhanced business intelligence. Further responsibilities will include liaising with IT and wide business divisions to provide continual systems and process improvement, alongside also assisting with the budgeting, forecasting and operational planning

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a strong background in financial reporting, alongside specialist knowledge and passion for financial systems improvement identification and implementation. You will also need to demonstrate clear ability for problem solving, communicating with stakeholders at all levels and handling big data that can be converted into analytical reports.
