Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily downloading of bank statements.
- Allocation of receipts.
- Reconciling daily accounts.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Reconciling card payments & direct debits.
- Processing customer refunds.
- Dealing with ledger adjustments.
- Credit control.
- Responding to telephone enquiries.
- Responding to email enquiries.
- Inputting cost invoices.
- Managing payment terms.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- VAT treatment.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Experience in Accounts Payable or Cash Allocations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
- Accurate attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational skills.
